Question about buying direct.
We are current owners (resale) ( Aulani 380) but are thinking about buying 150 direct for future reasons. Looking to purchase at POLY. My questions is this, is there any benefit of buying while we are at WDW or just do it from home. ( We are heading to WDW next month) Just didn't know if they have a little more leeway or benefits to get you to sign while you are on property before you leave to go back home. Thanks in advance
SupporterSupporterI think Cruise Line and Aulani have some onsite perks, but not WDW. The current incentives end in July 21, so I would sign within 10 days of that so you can rework the deal if incentoves improve.
Personally…. I’d do a room tour while I was there and then sign if everything felt right.

Agreed. The direct guides are not empowered to negotiate or provide any incentives beyond what is available to you online. If you happen to subscribe to Disney+ you can unlock a free D23 Gold membership which would save an additional $500 off your direct purchase.
