Re-Title Existing DVC Contract

Hi everyone,
Looking for any informed help on this topic. We are changing our trust and the DVC properties are currently titled in the old trust.
Does anyone have experience or advice for accomplishing this. I reached out to DVC Member Administration. One option they provided was a cost starting at $395 plus closing costs on each contract. That seemed high, but I don’t have an example to base that on.
Any advice is welcome.

I used trcsinc.com. Karina the owner is great and the cheapest around. She charged $200 last year to prepare and record the new deed with the county.
