A site that aggregates DVC Resale Contracts from many sites has had around 1,100 listings for the pat few months. The last few days this number has been falling and is currently less than 1k listings.

I'm not very versed on resale prices but it would make sense just from a supply and demand aspect.

Beach Club Villas small contracts are usually in demand (typically less listings than most) and their price has been rising. I watch off and on for the past few years.
