Ok, new to all this. Created my first Waitlist last week. Hopped on this morning and saw that my room was actually available. Booked it and cancelled my waitlist. Which triggered some questions...
Is that normal that something becomes available and the system doesn't immediately notify waitlisted people?
Does the system require a Cast Member to manually process availability/waitlists?
In a slightly separate vein, when I created the booking I had to borrow 1 point. I couldn't find anywhere on the page that asked if I wanted to buy a OTU point. Did I just miss it? Or do you have to call into Member Services to use those?
