I'm Amy a Disney nut since my first trip in 1979. In 1996 DH and I had one of the early Disney Weddings, we bought add on points to my parents 1993 OKW contract for our first anniversary. Later we sold that to buy Boardwalk points as with kids the ability to walk to 2 of the parks was needed, especially traveling on the kids fall break which correlated to Food and Wine Festival Now DD2 is married, the other two are finishing college. We sold during the Covid closures after I had a life changing bleed stroke. We've rented points and took the kids on a holiday trip as adults, and did one other rented points trip. Once you've DVC'd its hard to go there and NOT have points. We are thinking about jumping back in, or I am, but traveling in a wheelchair is very different. I've had both great and horrible experiences.
