New Years Eve

Hello! My family currently has a trip booked from Jan. 3 2027 - Jan. 8 2027. I'm considering extending this stay, arriving on New Years Eve (my home resort still has availability). I don't plan on going to the parks until Jan. 4th. I'm looking for recommendations for fun things to do at or around the resorts for New Years Eve. Thanks in advance!
