AKL reservation canceled by DVC MS

Just read a facebook post about member services calling to cancel November reservations for AKL club level because of refurbishment conflicts. Now every time my phone rings I think it's DVC coming for me! Has anyone else's plans been altered by the refurb and what recourse do I have if I get the dreaded call? We are fortunate enough to visit WDW often so this particular trip was ALL about lounge access.
