Great episode. Being Poly owners, ours is definitely the Bungalows. But its so hard to justify the point cost, especially when we usually just need a studio or 1 bedroom. 2nd choice would be 1 bedroom ocean view in Aulani!
Usually have to request it after your room is ready. When I've requested it before the cast members make a note in your reservation, but they generally dont know what room you'll be assigned until they start to become available so they don't know what room to bring it to until your room number is assigned.
