DVC Ownership Approach
For sure. For us, it was about the options that the points provided to us and not having to stress about when, if and how we wanted to use our points. Total first world problem, admittedly and yet because of DVC we are able to provide financially to foundations and charities that we otherwise couldn't so it's a win-win

Rumors on land identified for a 5th gate at WDW
There's a huge chunk of land across from the MK parking lot that's on the other side of the monorail and theres also another across from the Epcot enterance.
