For us it's definitely skyliner rides. We usually start our vacations with a non-park day to get groceries, strollers, etc but always make time to bus over to HS and hop on the skyliner. Sometimes we ride to a restaurant but mostly we'll just walk around, grab a coffee, and enjoy the vibes before getting back on again.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful, it's quiet, and being able to walk to DS is elite!!
I'm not a huge Joffrey's girl and most of the coffee isn't strong enough for me BUT I was there last weekend and got an iced Gold Rush Latte (Wilderness Lodge) and then separately got an iced double shot of espresso. The longhouses (Moorea is where I stayed) are awesome! You can view fireworks AND walk to the TTC which was super convenient!
