DVC Resale Average Sales Prices for September 2026

September 2026 continued the pricing trend we've been watching for months as limited inventory puts more pressure on the DVC resale market.

Notable movement included Polynesian rising from $172 to $179 per point, while Disneyland Hotel also moved higher. We even saw another rare Fort Wilderness resale contract, giving us another small piece of data for a market that's still very much finding its footing.

Inventory has started increasing again heading into the fall, so the next few months should tell us whether that helps cool pricing.
