Yup cannt escape the TOT. (which means death in German, BTW!). I think cheap materials is a DVC wide issue. THe newest refurbs can be a little shoddy as well. Bummer

Boardwalk is a great resort! We just stayed there for the first time in January (our first DVC trip). We had a Deluxe Studio. It was really spacious for the 4 of us and so easy to walk to Hollywood Studios as well as EPCOT. We also took the Skyliner to Riviera one morning for breakfast. I'm betting you will enjoy it as a home resort.

SupporterSupporterAKV is the only deluxe we’ve stayed at and it’s where we bought. I would strongly consider buying BWV without seeing it. Only thing holding me back would be that we live close enough to Atlantic City that the theming isn’t exactly special.
