Snow Birds.....soon

We are getting close to retirement and being able to be snowbirds. What are some areas that would be nice for us to research for one or two month rentals, with one objective finally purchasing a season pass and going to the parks many times during the winter months. I know I will never get my husband to move to Florida, so snow birds and DVC members will have to do for now.
