Disney Job opportunities?

Hello, I have a son who is 20, not currently going to college but would like to work at disney. Hes looked at the general disney employment page but unless you have alot of experience at something there doesnt seem to be any entry level openings for anything. Does anyone know where he may be able to look for those entry level positions? All the young adults working there cant be in the college program can they? Any help or a nudge in the right direction would be appreciated, thanks ahead of time.
