Question about Owner's Locker

My wife and I are finally getting tired of taking the same things to and from Disney World every trip. I've started looking into Owner's Locker, but I don't fully understand.
1) Do we need to be present when they drop off the box on arrival day? (Like you need to do when having groceries delivered?
2) On departure day, can we leave the box at Bell Services, or do we need to wait around the hotel for them to come and pick up the box?
I'm really hoping we don't have to be present for either... we don't want to waste any of our vacation waiting for delivery/pick. Thank you!

You do not need to be there at all, just call down to bell services and have it brought up to your room when you get there. The box will have your name on it in a little sleeve on the side. When you check out, you turn the name card around it says "checked out" or something like that, and take it to bell services.
That's it! They're an approved vendor and have been for close to 20yrs.

I do not think bell services will leave it in the room without you there. You could ask.
