In my experience it is Animal Kingdom Lodge. I have booked a studio there this fall just in case McRib is back in 2026.

Any other suggestions?

Maybe you should use your DVC points to exchange using the Disney Collection to stay at All Star Resort… That one is the closest to the McDonalds
