All international parks are on my bucket list...but they keep improving the ones I've been to so I have to go back!

When we visited Disneyland Paris in 2017, I thought it would be a one and done, once in a lifetime adventure. Disney opted to revamp the second gate over there and now I want to revisit. We just fell in love with everything about Paris. We spent 10 days (only one day at Disney) and it wasn't enough.

See you in the parks!

I've been to zero international parks so they are all on my list. If I had to order them, I'd say Paris is the top because it seems the most accessible for a first international park trip experience. That, and we have traveled Europe before and are comfortable getting around. Toyko is next, though it intimidates me, the planning aspects and getting tickets/packages/whatnot. Shanghai and Hong Kong I'd try to knock out in the same trip I think...some how. They are last on my list, but still on there!

My 9 year old son and I went to Tokyo over Thanksgiving last year. I was so intimidated by the planning process, but the parks ended up being so easy to navigate. Everything was a step above in Tokyo. We can't wait to go back!

I haven't been to Disneyland Paris in over 20 years. I am waiting for the Lion King flume ride to open before going back.

Shanghai and Hong Kong are also very high on our list - one day!

We went to Tokyo Disneyland and Hong Kong Disney in October/Nov 2025.

Tokyo Disney was so crowded and so difficult to get Premier Passes. We were there in the middle of the week, it was raining and we had early entry...it was still absolutely packed. The rides were amazing and the park was great...just difficult to get rides.

Hong Knog Disnewy was a lot better. We were there at park opening and the park was practically empty the first hour. We could walk on any ride. We could purchase Premier Access passes before entering the park and it was such a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We haven't made it to Paris Disneyland yet, but it is on our list.

Amy, don't forget that there is going to be a park in the United Arab Emirates, too!

I am in the exact same boat. We are going to Disneyland Paris (Ellie booked for us through DVC Swap!) in August and it has actually be easier to plan and I expect it to be easier to navigate than WDW. I am interested in visiting all the Asian parks. But Tokyo scares me too. I have been so daunted by the YouTube videos about it and my understanding is international travel agents cannot book for us? Would be great if DVCFan could get some Intel on the travel agent situation for Tokyo and share!

I was talking to the barber here in town at great clips about this and he was telling me for a fraction of the cost of going to Disney world he was able to go to Disneyland Paris. I did have my brother and sister go to Disneyland Tokyo and the prices seemed to be a lot cheaper than the states. they also had different merchandise then here as well. I have not been to any international parks yet but would like to eventually. I have been to Disneyland in California, and it is defiantly worth the trip. I like that in California they have a different space mountain than in Florida. I am not as much a fan of the scalpers right outside the gate and city atmosphere, we stayed at the Anaheim desert inn, which was nice, defiantly not a Disney caliper hotel, but the Dennys was close by and other amenities.

DLP is our closest park and it is beautiful. Headed there for the weekend in a few weeks. Can’t beat springtime in Paris 🥰

I’m hoping to see Disneyland Paris in the next yr or two. My brother and his family live in southern France, so he can translate for me :)

Becky M-have a wonderful Disney day!
