Glad to be here! From Rochester, NY (for now)

I have been a direct DVC contract holder since 2021. I bought a 150 pt Riviera contract and loved it so much, I bought another soon after. Unfortunately, a year later, due to economic events, beyond my control, I had to let one of my contracts go, because of the inability to keep up with the monthly payments and dues. I was bound and determined to keep my initial contract, though, and fought hard to make sure I was able to afford it. This is all before I discovered the DVC Resale Market. I have since bounced back financially and am glad I did what I could, to keep my contract and am now returning to my regular trips down to WDW. I am happy to be a part of this community and hope to get to meet as many of you, as I can, while in the magic!
