DVC Avenger's Tower in NYC - if built would you buy or stay?

When we pop over to the US in addition to the Disney stay we often are visiting NYC and seeing a Broadway show (often Disney show) and was thinking how cool would it be to see the Avengers Tower in the NYC skyline and being able to stay there? If Disney built the Avengers Tower Hotel (with DVC allotment - to share the cost) would you buy points for this resort or stay there?

SupporterNo desire to stay there . I know its just a what if, scenario anyway.. but NY cant have certain Marvel characters until the deal with Universal expires ( which is why DL can have some of the Marvel characters but WDW cant, east of the Mississippi)
