Free DVC Membership Ownership Dashboard

Hey everyone!

I'm a new member and wanted something a little more fun than excel to track my ownership experience, so I created it! It's a self-contained DVC membership dashboard that runs entirely in your browser, doesn't require an account, and all the data is saved locally on your hard drive so it's entirely secure.

A couple highlights:

• Track — multi-contract support with a portfolio view; live point balance broken into available / banked / borrowed that auto-deducts from reservations; banking & borrowing with adjacent-use-year rules and a transaction log; a reservations ledger with statuses, trip notes, and per-stay all-in cost; and correct DVC use-year math (banking deadline at the 8th UY month, waitlists held soft so they don't subtract until they clear).

• Plan — a trip simulator that auto prices stays from real 2026 point charts; a wishlist with a booking window radar that counts down your 11 and 7 month windows and checks affordability; and a "Needs Attention" action center that pulls every time-sensitive thing, banking deadlines, dues due, windows opening, expiring banked points, overdrafts into one prioritized list across all contracts, plus a next trip countdown.

• Understand the money — annual dues tracking with a projection chart and payment reminders, cost-basis / break even, all-in cost per stay, and a use year report showing savings vs. paying cash.

• Enjoy it — lifetime owner stats, a resort passport, a travel heatmap, a points-history chart, a point-chart browser, calendar (.ics) export, and JSON backup/restore.
