glad you're enjoying it! Yes you can as I had the same exact scenario. Near the top of the page on the right where it shows '(Your Use Year) 2026 UY' with current use year underneath, you can go back a year to 2025 and then in the point balance section you can bank those 2025 points to 2026.
We are looking to go in the spring of '27. We're going to book a studio but curious to those who have had to make the same decision: what type of room did you go with? Obviously ocean is great but that's a point premium. We're leaning to poolside garden view but open to opinions!
We just got our points today! New to DVC and am curious about the likelihood of a waitlist coming through for a studio? We're looking the week of Christmas.
We passed ROFR on Monday 5/11 and signed our documents same day. The closing agent from DVC Resale Market said she would reach back out when we are ready to close. Haven't heard anything sense then. They countered only asking $1/pt more than my offer so it was an easy yes on my end. If you're just looking to add on and just need poin
currently in ROFR for copper creek. Never been but love the log cabin theme. Only hesitancy was buying in at a resort that was mostly bus transportation. Originally thought about resale at Riviera or Poly for the skyliner/monorail but the combo of price per pt, lower dues, and long contract life led us to CCV.
just purchased a 100 pt contract! Have actually never stayed there but know I'll love it due to the theming. Any recommendations for my first visit?
Hello! we are a family of 3 in the Indianapolis area. Don't own any DVC yet but have been heavily looking for a bit. Have a 4 year old and we try to get to Disney once a year. Can't decide between direct at Poly or Riviera, or resale at the Poly. We are also looking to go to Aulani in 2027 so not sure the best way to m
