I am a new DVC owner and would love to know which rooms or buildings are the best to request at each resort? Everyone probably has their preference, but I would love hearing your favorites. I know it depends on view type and room type but let's list out some of the best rooms and locations we have stayed at and why so others can enjoy those great spots.

For me, the only building , etc I usually make is, if we're at SSR, I always want The Grandstand section. Its super close to the main building but its standard points, not preferred. It has its own pool, hot tub, pool bar, etc and its not as chaotic as the main pool at the Springs can be . Typically, at other resorts we just request near an elevator cause we cant stand the long hallways at BWV, Kidani. etc. When we;ve stayed at OKW, we usually request one of the sections close as we can get to the main area.

We are also new DVC owners as of this year! But we have rented DVC points in the past at Board Walk and Bay Lake. Unfortunately I canβt find the actual room numbers but I can tell you roughly what we liked. We like a good relaxing balcony while still being able to see some of the action. If you want a giant balcony, there is one at the Board Walk in the village green area on the second floor. It is close to the inside corner and is almost at the level of the steps that lead down from the lobby to the actual village green. The balcony was big enough to fit a legit picnic table. But i dont think you can go wrong with the village green area, 2nd floor and above. As long as you dont mind some of the board walk noise. Also can see the Epcot fireworks in the distance. We are looking for any advice for Poly rooms in the rssort view category with nice balcony views. Thanks!
