Must do Bars/Lounges for atmosphere and food/cocktail offerings at WDW resorts, parks, Disney Springs

Trader Sam’s at Poly has got a fantastic atmosphere, very good themed drinks, and a decent variety of quality appetizers.

Wally Bar &Grill has a great outdoor seating and atmosphere with a full size menu of very good food and a very good cocktail menu.

The Enchanted Rose at the Grand Floridian is very refined with a comfortable atmosphere and good selections for cocktails and appetizers

La Cava del Tequila inside the pyramid of Mexico in EPCOT has some of the best margaritas and tequilas and of course chips, also, guacamole in a nice atmosphere if you can get in

Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar in the Italy Pavillion in EPCOT is great if you can get a seat and want a full meal or just lighter olives , meats, cheeses, bread sticks, salad. Great for Italian wines and some cocktails in a cellar like atmosphere.

The Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom has a great outdoor setting, a good cocktail menu, and very good appetizer offerings that lead me to prefer it over Tiffin’s Restaurant.

Abracadabar next to the Flying Fish at The Boardwalk Resort has well themed drinks in a well themed atmosphere. Small space can be limiting.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs has a great themed atmosphere, a very good themed cocktail menu and some pretty good appetizers to boot.

Sitting outside at the dockside bar of the Boathouse Restaurant allows a full bar offering and a full size menu of GRAT seafood and steaks.

I haven’t been to Geo-82 or Beak n Barrel yet.

I’m interested in finding more hidden, or not so hidden gems, with great atmosphere or theming, very good cocktail menu, and well executed and delicious food offerings, in every part of WDW resorts, parks, and Disney Springs.
