Park Hopping on Black Friday

I have a Park Hopper for the day after Thanksgiving. I’m staying at BCV and plan on hitting up Hollywood Studios and Epcot. My kids prefer the rides at Studios but my wife and I want to experience Festival of the Holidays at Epcot for as long as possible. We’ve never been to WDW during the holiday season so im seeking advice on how i should attack this. Should I rope drop Studios and spend more of the afternoon/evening at Epcot, or should I rope drop Epcot and end the day at Studios? Appreciate the advice!
