We have always been ride share folks (Uber/Lyft), but our next trip we are traveling as a family of 7 (with a toddler). It's got me rethinking the Mears option. It would be nice to NOT take the car seat (bus) with all the other stuff we're bringing. That said, we've never looked into the larger fancier ride share options...

I have never done Mears and I'm nervous to try them as I have two littles that both need car seats. Is there a risk I won't get a bus?

That would be hardcore disney mode id say.
Depends on life circumstance, but if there are a lot of us with kiddos, we like Away We Go and have had great experiences with them. We occasionally fly to Sanford and appreciate they pickup there as well. If we are staying at a spread out resort like OKW, we prefer a rental car (though last experience picking up in MCO was a total fiasco with Hertz and now I'm gunshy...) For just two people, we'd probably do rideshare.
