When to purchase tickets

My family of 5 has a 4 day trip planned for the end of May 2027. We typically do a 3 day park hopper.
Shoukd i purchase the tickets now? Should i wait until they come out with next summer’s deals? If i wait, what are the chances the price of the tickets i usually buy goes up? I know nobody lnows difinitevely how to answer these questions, but what is your best guess/advice?

IMHO the sooner you buy the better. I cannot imagine they get cheaper over time. Also, there is usually an October price increase then a January one. Get them while you are sure of your dates. Remember if you have date based tickets and have to move dates, they cannot be refunded, but they can be pushed later.

Thank you for your feedback. I guess my aprehension is the likelyhood of Disney coming out with some crazy “Cool Kids Summer” deal and we would regret not takijg advantage of.

The thing to remember is that if you hear of a deal, you can call and see if it can be applied to your tickets, if you bought from Disney. I'm not familiar with other discount ticket purchases and how Disney promotions would apply.

I agree with Drew but I’d just keep in mind that Disney has been known to change the structure and eligibility of its promotions, so a future deal may not apply to the 3-day Park Hopper you normally buy. If it were me, I think I'd still wait a few months.
