200‑Point BLT Contract — Good Deal or Pass?
Received the ROFR waiver today! 16 days. Much quicker than I thought. We are excited. I know we have more process to go, but I was sweating the ROFR even though I know the percentage it low.

Did some of the math and put in a lower bid. It got accepted! Thanks again all! We'll see how the whole process goes from here. Very exciting

We stayed in a BLT resort view last year with cash. My wife still isn't sure how she did it in the hospital room recovering from surgery. But we loved it. It worked well for us. I think for at least the next few years it will work well. Until we need to get more points a 1 bedroom. We stayed in the Contemporary garden
