I would think that it also depends on what you can afford vs your desire to buy direct, or skip those perks. Also, factoring in your family size, age, available PTO, where you live, etc. Lots of variables.
Thanks. I'd kinda forgotten about the key cards since we haven't used them in years. I'd thought of the gift card route, but - if you lose them, it's like losing cash if you don't catch it right away. Also, I want to charge as much to the room as possible to see if we hit that $2000 mark. With WDW prices, that's not ha
That was our experience too. We've (2 adults) done the Table Service plan once and the Quick Service plan once. We made it work and came out ahead, but part of that was for the refillable cups, which we generally don't get or use. I felt that we just spent all of our time concentrating on where we were going to eat nex
Thanks! We upgraded once, several years ago, but I hadn't heard about anyone doing it for awhile. Since this is a short trip, we'll probably go ahead and upgrade the first day and, hopefully, take advantage of some AP discounts.
As an out of state, resale only, owner, Incredipass is all that we can buy. We, too, have no desire to go to the parks over the holidays. If I lived in Floria, I would buy the lowest end pass (I can't remember what it's called) that blacks out weekends and holidays and I'd be just fine going midweek.
Since we're discussing AP's, does anyone know if you can still upgrade a multi-day ticket to an AP once you're at the parks? DH and I hadn't planned on getting AP's this year, but since then we've scheduled a shorter trip with grandkids next month. Each ticket for that trip was $600+. So, we figured that since we've al
Yes, this. It is always tempting to renew at the cheaper price, but unless we've got a trip lined up soon, it generally makes more sense to wait and buy new passes later.
"I want bigger trash cans to eat off of so i can fit the whole family instead of just adding more places to sit with tables. I also want more shade over the trash cans. 😜" - I love this! LOL!!
I agree. We love the "old" Poly studios.......but, I do really love that mini kitchen in the new studios...
So far, it looks like the place where we might be tempted to add on direct. All of our contracts are resale, but the FOMO is getting pretty real. Hopefully, I'll win the lottery sometime between now and the opening!
At first glance, Saratoga doesn't look like anything to write home about. Sorta that whole "just a Florida condo complex" that some people accuse it to be. However, we really enjoy staying here. It is one of our home resorts. It just FEELS homey, and nice, and quiet - but nearby all the things that you came for.
It was our second contract and it's probably my DH favorite. We're taking our granddaughters in a couple months, for their first trip. I was really torn on which to book, Jambo or Kidani. I LOVE the lobby and feel at Jambo, but those brand new rooms at Kidani we're so tempting! Kidani won out for this trip, but I know
