What is your hidden gem restaurant at Disney?
Off the beaten path but the Maya Grill at the Coronado has been excellent. They make the best beef fajita. Never had a better one anywhere. The service is excellent too. My go to is the Trotteria Al Forno. They have the best three meat lasagna. A little noisy but worth going. Service is excellent too
