Hey guys and welcome to the DVC Fan Forums! It's interesting that you guys decided to buy DVC after you moved away. Being in North Dakota you are right in the middle of both disney's. I think you guys would be smart to buy that Disneyland Hotel contract so you can spend time at both parks.

Hey Ryan. My wife and I have owned for 2 years now. Our home resort is BLT. We have only stayed there once so far but we absolutely loved it. If my wife ever lets me add on again, I would love to purchase a small 75-100 point contract at BWV. I would love to have that 11 month booking window there.

My wife and I bought at BLT 2 years ago now. We have only stayed there once in a 2 bedroom. I really can't understand why it gets such a bad reputation as far as DVC properties go. We very much enjoyed our stay and I would stay here any time. That walk to Magic Kingdom is unbeatable. We didn't get to stay in a refurbis
