My Favorite Update is Live! Check our the Member Map!
Ben the Wizard created the Member Map as a fun and interactive way for our community to visualize just how far-reaching it truly is. It allows us to see where fellow members are located around the world, highlighting the incredible diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences that all come together through a shared passion for Disney and travel. You'll find the Member Map on the side bar at the top of our homepage.

Beyond just being a visual snapshot, the map helps foster a stronger sense of connection within the community. It gives members a chance to discover others in their region, spark conversations, and even find potential meetups or travel buddies. It also serves as a reminder that while we may be spread across different cities, states, and countries, we are all part of something bigger.

Your privacy is important to us. All pin owners on the map are anonymous and you can choose for yours to be shared or not, and we strongly encourage selecting a general area rather than a precise home address. The goal is to celebrate where you are from without sharing any personal or sensitive information.

Love the map Amy. Yes, I stop adding pins to the US...since it would be covered. I just need Alaska to make 50!
I am a visual person and love looking at the maps.

Oh I love the map of the inside passage. I love maps too! I also love my atlas of the world. I possess 2 globes in my house also.
I love to get my atlas or globe out and just remember where I've been or dream about where I want to go.
What places outside of Disney is on your bucket list? I've knocked out a good deal, but always keep building the bucket list. Very high on my list is the Galapogos Islands since I'm a huge animal lover.

I feel like we are the same person, lol. I have globes and an atlas book and I stare at them all the time. Galapagos would be amazing. My current bucket list is:
Norway (starting in England and spending time there first)
Antarctica (expedition)
Greece/Turkey
Japan
Morocco
St. Lucia
In the US, I want to do a few multi-state road trips. We are doing New England this October, but I also want to do Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah in one big trip, a PNW trip exploring more of Washington, and seeing Oregon, Idaho, and Montana and a bunch more. I still have a ton of states left lol. We just booked a trip to Texas (Austin) since we have a wedding there in October and Jeff G and I are trying to convince Paul we should sign up for the Run Dollywood Half in Tennessee next year. We have never been there either.
We currently are booked from now until 2028 to see a lot of places on our list too if all our plans stay in place (St.Maarten, Key West, Kauai, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Dominican Republic, Curacao, Aruba, Turks & Caicos, Amsterdam, multiple places in Germany, and Switzerland).
What's on your bucket-list now that you have conquored the US?

I would imagine during the DVC Fan cruise, we could have some fun interesting discussions about maps/globes and travels!
Oh, I love your list. I've been to Sweden, but never Norway. I wonder should I do a cruise or a land tour. I'm going to Scotland/England this September. I've always wanted to do the UK, but through all my travels just never got the chance.
Greece & Turkey - YES! I have a lot of my friends say Greece yes but why Turkey? The videos I watch it looks amazing. And, the history!
Japan - I was there when I was 7 months pregnant, never made it outside Toyko. My son really wants to go. It's pretty high on the bucket list right now and I'd love to do Toyko Disney. Ryan C. is the man - he has already given me lots of information.
Antarctica - If I didn't have to do the Drake Passage, that scares me; however, a couple from my church said best trip they've ever made.
I love bucket lists and am trying to check off National Parks. Believe it or not, I've never done any of the ones in Utah. I have done the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Olympic, Joshua Tree, Teddy Roosevelt, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Smokies, Acadia, Everglades, and the Badlands...still many more to go! Glacier has been my favorite, just breathtaking!
You've got to do the Smokies, if you run the Dollywood event. Dollywood is also really nice. I best loved the learning places, they have a woodworking and silver smithing area. It's good fun. That said, Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg is very busy...if you think I-4 in Florida is traffic...you should see the Dolly Parkway. It depends on the time of year, no doubt.
I traveled to Switzerland in May 2025, happy to give my recommendations. It is STUNNING! I cried in Zermatt when we when up the Gornergrat railway and had raclette on the top of the mountain looking straight at the Matterhorn. The views are breathtaking in Switzerland, it's clean, and the people are very friendly. Could be my favorite country so far I've visited. You'll never get tired of the chocolate & cheese.
Hmmm, current bucket list: Not including this year's travels, (Alaska, Spain, UK)
Galapagos
Japan - Toyko, country & Toyko Disney
Hawaii - hope to do Aulani in 2027 and Kauai (I got married there in 1994)
Olympics - I promised my son we would go to LA 2028. I've already bought a set of tickets for fencing and volleyball. I'm hoping to win the lottery to buy in the second drop.
African Safari - haven't really nailed down what area of Africa though.
Italy/Greece/Turkey/Croatia (all of those, part of those)
In the US. I'd like to return to Connecticut. I was there as a youngster and my husband's family was from the Eastern side. They migrated from England in 1680s to Groton area. I'd love to explore the families history there.
I could go on and on. The list does change when opportunities pop up. It's fun to dream and it's fun to plan...and then it can become a reality. Everyday is precious and we never know when our last day is...do what brings you JOY!

Travel & exploring, a big passion of mine! Yesterday, I taught a fitness class to seniors and as we exercised we talked about travel experiences. I love learning while I travel.
I will admit my views on the world have changed because of my travels. To that, I'm grateful.
