We are not-so-patiently awaiting ROFR for our first resale contract (we've owned direct since 2009).
I know all the guess work is fuzzy logic...but does DVC tend to favor/avoid exercising ROFR on loaded contracts? Stripped contracts?
Ours currently has no points available with 1/2 of the yearly allotment coming in October. So our contract won't have full points till October 2027. Curious if that helps?

I'm not sure anyone has been able to make this clear connection... One would think they would want the points earlier, but I don't think it is a guarantee... i think pricing and resort and what needs disney might have is part of what matters as well
Well, I got my answer. They bought it ๐ญ Now I have to decide what to do next.

I went for a stripped AKL contract first and they bought it back because it was a lot cheaper per point. I ended up with a loaded contract, so i was ok paying more per point. I knew they wouldn't rofr it at that price.

Hoping for something similar. We didn't find a loaded, but it is "full" and much larger...and $19 more pp.

The good thing is that there's tons of contracts available. I wouldn't be too down on it. Check out dvcforless.com to see an aggregate of contract listings from different brokers.
