Just Passed ROFER
We are excited. Just bought our 3rd contract, second resale through DVC Resale. Thanks to Derek for getting us to closing. Boulder Ridge, here we come! We passed ROFER in 13 days.

We really enjoy ending the day with drinks at the Geyser Point Bar out back by the water. Breakfast at the Wilderness Lodge's Whispering Canyon Café is also good. We really like how quiet and peaceful BR is compared to the parks, so it's a great location for us. We were there in March and loved it. We also own at Animal Kingdom and Boardwalk.
