Crescent Lake DVC Purchase

I’m thinking about adding more points and I’m leaning towards Riviera direct. I have 215 at Copper Creek resale and don’t want another Bay Lake home resort. I love the idea of Boardwalk in particular, however, we are thinking of 150 direct to get the benefits. A boardwalk resale contract would be the cheapest way to get in the area, but I do value staying at new resorts. Is there a cheaper way to do this or is Riviera direct the best path to getting what I’m after?
