Thats awesome! This would be our first 150 pt contract and we've already had several conversations about buying more before we've ever used a single dvc point.
We passed ROFR on Monday 5/11 and signed our documents same day. The closing agent from DVC Resale Market said she would reach back out when we are ready to close. Haven't heard anything sense then. What could be taking the sellers so long to sign? If they get cold feet and don't want to go through with the deal what repercussions are there?
I'm probably worried for nothing but not sure what the hang up is. This is our first contract so any insight from others would be helpful. Thanks!
