Another solid week of feasting. 6 contracts in the bag. Disney's resale team is going to be busy. The tally:
- Grand Floridian — 2 contracts. avg price: $130
- Old Key West (2042) — 2 contracts. avg price: $80
- Boulder Ridge — 1 contract. avg price: $105
- Hilton Head — 1 contract. avg price: $70

ROFR activity picked up this month with 19 buybacks across 7 resorts—the highest level we’ve seen so far in 2026.
Leading the charge:
🌳 Saratoga Springs – 7 buybacks (likely tied to recent direct incentives)
🏰 Grand Floridian – continues its dominant run in 2026
🌴 Old Key West – quietly staying active
We also saw a couple of unexpected one-offs:
🏝 Hilton Head at just $70/pt
🌲 Boulder Ridge at $105/pt
Zooming out, the trend is clear:
➡️ Grand Floridian (~17% buyback rate)
➡️ Old Key West (~10% buyback rate)
Outside of those two, ROFR remains pretty minimal across most resorts.
⏱ And one big standout this month?
ROFR timeline dropped to just 8 days—extremely fast compared to historical averages.
📉 Bottom line: ROFR is still part of the process, but for most buyers, it’s not a major hurdle right now.
