Dishes you wish would come back

There was an appetizer at Flying Fish with ahi tuna and compressed watermelon that I still think about. Same with a Zellwood corn soup at Brown Derby. I'd love to have the original fettuccini alfredo from Alfredo's (bring back the whole restaurant!). And lastly bring back lunch menus. Burgers at Le Cellier and Brown Derby, croque monsieur and salad at Chefs de France!
