Sit-down Dining Recs!
Topolino's character breakfast has both terrific food and really fun character interactions. I find it less chaotic than some of the other character meals and really like that it's not a buffet.

I've never seen the outside bar open at Topolino's! I was starting to think it was just a myth. Great spot.
True! I'm hoping they can find the right balance between remaining open after 9pm and yet not fostering a boisterous 2am "last call / wake-up call."
Looks like there is activity at the former Jellyrolls site! Excited to see what comes next!!
I saw Len Testa post on another forum that Disney had agreed to process everything in the TP queue and expressed appreciation for that. Of course, requests are still only requests.
Did not see any scaffolding on the Villas yesterday. "Secret" pathway is open. They cut down the large tree that was at the end of the path to the left as you walk towards EPCOT. Has anyone with upcoming BCV stays received a formal communication about construction? I saw on another message board that some DVC members h
I'll be home at BCV on Friday if I can research anything for anyone. A little concerned about all the construction and scaffolding but I'm sure it will be fine. I saw the "secret" path was closed a week or so ago - hoping that reopened because it's so convenient. Also, not specifically Villas related but have you seen
Haven't visited but would certainly like to one day. It sounds amazing. FYI - there is another HHI thread under Non-Theme Park Resorts
I didn't know about the parks parking or the Midnight Magic. Very cool!
I'm from Connecticut and yes, it's a nice dose of home. Great food and a fun vibe!
Owner's Lockers are terrific. I always like to include a good stash of zip top bags. We use for leftovers or to keep a wet umbrella from soaking everything in the park bag. In addition to meds, I have shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste etc. I also like to keep some pump hand soap as I prefer that to bars of soap. I like
Star Wars weekends were so fun!! They used to have Super Soap weekends too (soap operas). As a kid I really believed that the grand marshal of the parade could be any massive celebrity and was always so excited to check and see who it was (spoiler: I don't think it was ever someone I recognized as a kid). I miss the ev
Bull & Bear at the Waldorf Astoria (in the Bonnet Creek resort area, between EPCOT resorts and Disney Springs) is my special occasion go-to. Food and cocktails are amazing and service is next level. I always enjoy visiting Celebration and specifically like Celebration Town Tavern and Reggiano's. Love Susuru as mentione
I was looking for a Vero thread under Non-Theme Park resorts! Haven't visited Vero yet but it's on my list. I love a "do nothing" beach vacation! Favorite time of year to visit? Favorite local restaurants to try? Any tips are welcome!
Haven't been to Wailulu yet but can't wait to try it. I also love the Dockside Bar at Boathouse -- perfection. No food but I really enjoy Belle Vue Lounge over at the Boardwalk - particularly sitting outside if weather permits. Similarly, like Crews Cup over at the Yacht Club a lot and am excited to see what happens wi
On property, I think my favorites are Jiko and Flying Fish. So fun to make a whole evening out of visiting AKL and the food and service at Jiko is consistently excellent. Wild Boar Tenderloin is a must order. Similarly, love a stroll on the Boardwalk after dinner at Flying Fish and always have fantastic service. If wil
I'm local-ish and have long thought about a short non-parks stay focused on relaxing and Disney Springs dining. What location request(s) should I make? As far as dining goes, I would need to stay for two weeks to hit everything I'd like to but would love to hear your faves. How is the resort dining?
I really liked it. Did terribly, but gives me a reason to go back. Great improvements. It's really helpful to see and feel if you're hitting the targets. Definitely have to hit the very center of the target for it to count.
I have always been too scared to ride but I LOVE the Muppets so we'll see if I can work up the courage. At a minimum will walk the queue and use the "chicken exit." I'm hoping for some fun new Muppets merch!!
