Interesting question, we don't even eat quick service in EPCOT anymore. Every time we go there is some sort of festival going on so we just hit the booths.

We have liked Katsura Grill in Japan for quick service. The noodle bowls are good.
La Cantina de San Angel has been solid for Mexican food
