What are your favorite sit down restaurants at Disneyland?
Quick service food at Disneyland is good, much better than Disney World imho. Recently when I've gone to Disneyland I have opted to skip a lot of the table service restaurants and focus on my favorite Quick Service meals.
We love the bao buns at Tropical Hideaway, the skewers at Bengal BBQ, Beignets from the Mint Julep Bar and the Breakfast Chimichanga when we're able to get it
In DCA we like all the foods around Pixar Place and Pym Test Kitchen
If I do a sit down its normally at Cafe Orleans which you can usually get a walk up easily and the Monte Cristo sandwich.

Jazz Kitchen is one we always go back to. There is a place in the Westin (off property but a short walk) called Puesto that we loved.

My family and I visited Disneyland for the first time in 2024 and we loved Blue Bayou!! The prime rib was amazing and so tender!! The unique setting is a must see if you can.
Our only complaint was the portions were too small for the high price tag.

βDisney is my happy place β
Best meal weβve had on property was at Napa Rose! We canβt wait to try it again after the big refurbishment.
Although we usually stick with QS since itβs still so good in DLR! I donβt know how many Birria grilled cheeses we had on our last trip.

I second Bengal BBQ. Great place for quick protein hits. Wish they'd bring it to WDW.

Craftsman Grill at Grand Cal is my absolute favorite sit down spot. For a character breakfast Plaza inn has the best food and great character interactions.
Also Din Tai Fung is not Disney run but it is absolutely delicious and as a SoCal Native I canβt wait for Portoβs to open!!!!

Gotta Second Jazz Kitchen! We usually only do QS, but Jazz Kitchen is a must do for us. River Belle Terrace used to have a great brunch! But alas, the Powers To Be killed it. So we really dont have an in park favorite anymore.

There are so many great choices. I love the grilled cheese and tomato soup from Jolly Holiday. The corndog from Little Red Wagon, somehow it's better than Corndog Castle.
The best meal I have ever had, not just at Disneyland, was at Steakhouse 55. We are trying Chef's Table at Napa Rose this Sunday and I hope it is as good as that meal!
We pretty much stick to quick service on our trips. Our favorites are Pizza Planet and Plaza Inn.
We haven't really done much in the way of sit-down places. Years ago we went to Jazz Kitchen and I enjoyed that. But that's honestly all I can really remember doing.
Our son can't really handle the wait times or the sitting....so that's why we stick to quick service. Still hoping to try out some table services places someday though! I'm glad we have DVC so we know we'll be going back for decades.
I've never done character dining but I'd love to do Storyteller's sometime.
