POOF! You are the DVC genie and can grant one extra perk for members to enjoy for the life of their membership. What would this be?
2 free lightning lanes per day.

I like the free Lightening Lane idea. But as a local i want Tables in Wonderland card back

Alakazam! Maybe too greedy but I'm adding an option to create a lifetime pass adder. $1,000 per person listed on the deed and the price never changes for life of DVC contract. No blackout dates. Charged same time annual dues are now.
Sorcerer Pass Discount at 35% off non-DVC price.
Sorcerer Pass Discount at 35% off non-DVC price.
I like that one. I could also go for a 15% off Sorcerer Pass, 25% off IncrediPass or something like that that maybe encourages someone to upgrade to the IncrediPass and also gives some sort of DVC perk for both.
Similar to Jeff H's constant recommendation- a rewards program only for DVC members who qualify. Whatever the % back is, each year you receive your "DVC Dividend' which can either be issues as a Disney Gift Card, or can be automatically applied to your dues payment. (Imagine if you could be quietly justifying your spending all year with "well, it'll help pay for my dues...") If you double it up with a Disney Visa, you could make a good return on your spending.
Other smaller ones:
For every stay that is 3+ cumulative nights(including split stays) you get a free refillable mug per person on the reservation.
Discount for quick service dining options
20% Discount on Premier Pass, on days where it isn't sold out.
Discount on Annual Pass Renewals (encourages you to renew even if you aren't going to come as much this year)

.
I am going to be modest and realistic - get rid of the chip readers for mugs and just have free soda/coffee/tea or whatever at the drink stations at DVC resorts. We pay thousands of dollars to join DVC and pay thousands of dollars in fees over the lifetime of a contract. Free non-alcoholic beverages is not too much to ask.
