Moonlight Magic @ Hollywood Studios - April 22nd, 2026 Event Thread

As we get closer to the event, what's everyone's favorite way to use the snack voucher at HS?

The Jack-Jack's Num Num Cookie from the Market is a favorite for me as well as the Mickey brownie sundae from Hollywood Scoops and the pineapple-coconut slushy from the Market. I know that's a lot of sweets, so if anyone has any savory recommendations, I'm all ears!

We’re so excited that our trip this year aligned with the Hollywood Studios Moonlight Magic We were one of the groups that tried to reserve and the system had glitched . Disney assured me that we have been registered - fingers crossed

Did you receive a confirmation email (check spam too)? I think people who got the glitch had received registration emails before general registration started.

We have our first moonlight magic tickets for Hollywood Studios this week. Excited to see what it is all about. Looking for any and all tips :)

thanks for asking- no we didn’t. I’ve reached out to Disney and I have confirmed chats that there was issues with their email and so not everyone was going to receive an email but they did confirm that I have been registered because I tried to register during the general registration and it told me I was already registered- really hope we’re gonna be able to make it. We’re looking forward to it.

Anyone Know when we’ll receive the official invite? I thought I recall from an AK MM event it was like the day before.

Rise of the Resistance, about which I knew squat, is incredible. The drama and spectacle make you feel part of the story, a thrilling one. Even if you’ve ridden it umpteen times, that you can get onto the ride in hardly any time is a thrill, too.

Strongly suggest you eat dinner in the park for that MK holiday parties early arrival advantage. So much easier being already there when rides and the free Mickey bars become available.

We’ll be there, too! If you see a guy in a bright red powerchair who’s wearing a Hitchhiking Ghosts fedora, that’s us. Do say hi if you spot these two characters.

Yes, it will be like a day or so before. I don't expect to see any know before you go info until next week.

Usually the week of the event, 2-3 days beforehand- sometimes the day before.

We just did our first MM last November at Animal Kingdom. It was SOO much fun. The two biggest tips I could offer are:

1) Take the time to enjoy the 'special stuff' the DJ's, Character Dance parties, etc are a blast...even just to watch, but you're never too old to join in!

2) Don't save your snack tickets until the end...the lines will get very long very quick. By the time I got to order some of the things we wanted were sold out.
