Springtime Surprise Weekend

My wife and I are doing the 5k and I am doing the 10 miler. I missed tbe 10k, which is my favorite.

I'm doing the challenge! I'm currently booked at the Poly tower but am hoping to move to a less points heavy 1 bedroom at 7 months.

I'm doing the 10K with my sister. We're celebrating our retirements. I've got a lot lf training to do between now and then. 😀

It will be my first race ever! We signed up for the 5k and 10k.

Plenty of time to get ready!

Disney races are great ways to start! They're so well organized, everyone is very friendly. Lots of run/walkers too which is great for me.

I’m running the Robin Hood 10K! I just found a brown running skort. Looking for a green tank and Robin Hood hat.

My husband and I are doing the challenge! I was so excited by the themes!!!

We have a resort studio at the GF and hoping to switch up to perhaps the Boardwalk at the 7 mth window.

One thing I realized when we did the Springtime Surprise this past year is that the monorail doesn't run for the races like other race weekends. We finished the 5k, then had to wait over an hour for our bus to be able to leave since the course went right where all the resort buses were. Gosh I hope they rethink that. Also, our bus and several others got lost that morning getting to the race and getting back to our resort. They weren't Mears buses.

I didn't realize the monorail ever ran from a race. That's a great bonus! I've run W&D, princess, and springtime but I think Springtime is the only time I stayed at a monorail resort so that's why.
