Wait list question

The waitlist will sadly only allow you to replace one. I wonder if you called, if Member Services would have any better capabilities to have it replace both for you.

My advice is to stalk stalk and more stalking. I have found stalking it as effective or better than wait listing, but it is always risky cancelling to get the new one.

Yeah, just started doing that and have thought about what to do if I see it become available. Cancel both studios and hope it is still available, maybe start the reservation process and call member services.

I'm not sure what 'stalking' means, is that the same as walking a reservation? :)

Ken, it means to check the DVC website very often to see if what you want opens up. I have seen availability before the waitlist even sees it and modified my reservation to get what I wanted. Some people stalk it daily or more than once per day.

So member services is able to have a single reservation replace two existing reservations. Easily accomplished via online chat this morning, so now 🤞
