I'm also a new member and closed my contract on 22nd May with DVC title & Escrow who informed me Disney would be notified with the change of ownership within 24-48hrs. Will keep you updated on how long it takes for me. You had a very quick turnaround so hoping mine can be quick too!
That’s encouraging!! Might be faster for you though as your an existing member. I’m brand new.
We are also on our first ever contract and also buying into the Boardwalk! We’re on like identical paths! We have been lucky enough to visit it on a number of occasions but have never stayed there! Its the location for us that’s the main selling point!

Yes we seem to be on a very similar timeframe! I’ll be interested to see if the timeframe trends between us continue! Are you a new owner like me or is this an additional contract? Assuming if you’re already in the system it could come through faster for you.

Sorry to piggyback on your post but I also just passed ROFR on a contract at BWV I want to stay at my home resort for a week Saturday to Saturday May 15-22nd 2027. First of all do i have a hope in hell of getting the full 7 days or am j best bookinh it as a 4 and a 3 nights? What tips would you give someone new?
My contract for the Boardwalk was sent to Disney for ROFR on May 1st and came back on May 13th My sale has just closer and Disney has been notified of the change in ownership either yesterday or today. Does anyone know how long it takes from here currently for someone buying in for the first time? My Escrow agent says
