The basic QS food would be great for kids. My oldest doesnt mind the grilled cheese at the bakery, but my youngest wont eat anything really. It may be blasphemous, but i was not a fan when they got rid the stand that served chicken tenders and fries for the corndogs. Before i could at least count on getting chicken str
Ya i’ll be in my late 50s and like i stated my girls will be graduating college. Would i like to still go to disney, maybe. I’m also using the next 16 years to see how disney changes as i currently feel the value of disney world bas decreased compared to 10-15 years.
We still bring the bottle brush just to wash water bottles. It makes life easier. But also agree on tide pods and dryer sheets.
I wad lucky that my parents bought in 2005. I mow have 2 little girls pf my own and i plan on keeping my BWV contract until 2042. My girls will be in college when the contract expires. Right now i can make surr we enjoy disney at a great resort and great location. My girls love the Boardwalk. After 2042, i have yet to
We have used happy limo the last few trips and like them. You can pay extra to stop and get some groceries on the way to the resort.
Being an owner of BWV, the time line works great for me as my girls we be graduating college when the contract expires, so I get to take the to Disney throughout their younger years at a great resort that they enjoy going to. When our contract expires, I have yet to decide if we buy another contract or not. If they off
Thankfully we are just family of 4. I remember when my parents bought back in 2005 we got a studio for the first few years then tried a 1BR and then we have never gone back. We stop on the way from the airport with a limo service now since magical express is gone and get waters and other things for the room that the gi
Those 1 bedroom’s are so helpful with little kids. They go to sleep right after the fireworks in the living area and my wife and I can relax in the master for a bit before going to bed. We also always do laundry before going home so we don’t have to do it when getting home. Tip about almost every dryer we have ever had
We have always taken an early flight or at leave before noon. We try to typically go to Epcot for dinner. Since Covid we have started eating dinner at Chefs de France. My girls love the food and it is close to BWV so we can go back afterwards for an early night. We typically go for 7 nights, so adding an extra day on t
Ya Epcot one year started the festival on Monday of Thanksgiving week, but went back to Black Friday. We typically go Tuesday through Tuesday around Thanksgiving week. We notice the crowds start to drop off by Sunday, but trying to get a DVC room for that time can be hard with all the walkers.
When we found it our girls would only fall asleep and stay asleep in the stroller, there was no reason to take the bus when we could take the leisurely stroll from MK to Epcot to BWV via the monorail so our girls could sleep. There is no point to risk waking them up to ride the bus back.
This is true. However, BWV or BCV you can walk back from Epcot or DHS, and you can get back from MK via the monorail thru Epcot if you have park hoppers. We have done that multiple times with the girls and have enjoyed an adult beverage in Epcot as well.
The air tag is great. My wife likes to decorate our stroller and she puts glow sticks on it at night so it stands out more. Also, those staying at crescent resorts have the benefit of if your kids will only sleep in the stroller you can at least get back to your room from 3 parks. When we stayed at GFV it was harder to
We went over fall break this year, but I prefer the Christmas holidays. We typically go around Thanksgiving and I’ve always enjoyed the International Festival of the Holidays. The candlelight processional is not to be missed. There are just so many little things that you can walk around and enjoy and get in the spirt.
Interestingly, my girls have asked to go to Yak and Yeti table service the last 2 trips. That is one of the places they enjoy. It’s good food and the price is decent. They also love eating at Chefs de France. My oldest loves the hamburger there. We also do Akershus every trip now for breakfast. You meet 5 princesses an
I’ve been a member since 2005 when my parents bought DVC, and now I get to take my little girls there. They enjoy the resort and the main thing they want to know is if they can get ice cream every night on the way back to the room. It is the best location!
