Usually an XL but I want to be comfortable in a button down and they are def. snug. Size up in my opinion
Advice from Dopey Runners?
This will be my 5th Dopey. My last one was in 24. I use the Galloway plan and slow intervals. Do as much walking in the 5 and 10 as possible. Even if I train for a 1:00/30 I reduce those intervals for the half and full. Maybe 30/30 for the half and like a 20/30 for the full. I'm in no hurry, my PR's are all well behind
Upcoming 2026 Trips (Disney and Other)
Family of 4 celebrating our daughters graduation from college at the end of May. Split stay, Kidani/BLT (1 BR) Wife and I running Wine and Dine (all 3 races) in October at Kidani (studio) I'm running Dopey in January. Kidani but waitlisting for BLT. (studio). Not sure who's coming with me yet.
Favorite Restaurant and Why?
Flip a coin, guess would depend on where we are staying but we love Flying Fish and Jiko. Food is a given but service counts as well. Top Notch!!
DVC Empty Nesters
We have been empty nesters for 4 years now during the college calendar (son and daughter) but luckily our daughter is graduating next month and coming home for grad school. They have given us so much crap for going to Disney without them during this time!!! Too bad so sad!!
