Upcoming 2026 Trips (Disney and Other)

June: Walt Disney World (My wife and I adopted a teenage from the Foster Care system and this will be her first Disney trip.)

August: Alaska Cruise (not Disney to leave out of Seattle)

June 2026 : WDW - Copper Creek cabin (celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and attending our 1st Moonlight Magic)

Oct - DCL and then Grand Floridan. Halloween themed trip. Waiting on the Not So Scary tickets...

Sept 2026-Old Key West. First time in the 2 bedroom there. I haven’t stayed at OKW since I got engaged in 2018!

We will be on the DVC Fan cruise in July too! Staying at the Poly Tower before the cruise. Disneyland Villas in August. Then Aulani in September!

Oh wow! I've never stayed in a 2 bedroom yet. I hear the ones at OKW are huge. :-)

Family of 4 celebrating our daughters graduation from college at the end of May. Split stay, Kidani/BLT (1 BR)

Wife and I running Wine and Dine (all 3 races) in October at Kidani (studio)

I'm running Dopey in January. Kidani but waitlisting for BLT. (studio). Not sure who's coming with me yet.

We have a big family & love having one room for everyone (especially when there are grandparents to help with the kids)! We’ve done 2 bedrooms at Saratoga, AKL, and Wilderness Lodge. Excited to do OKW this time!!!

I have a 3 night staycation next week 4/23-4/26 at a resort view studio at the Grand. My family is coming down from Boston

Scott, myself and daughter and son in law have 2 nights 6/11-6/13 in a one bedroom Concierge level AKL that Scott and I may or may not be able to keep along with another night we may or may not be able to keep 7/6

In July we have 3 nights at SSR 7/17-7/20 before the DVC Fan cruise.

June: VDH trip for my son's 10th birthday (waitlisted at VGC)

July: Keyholder Vacations/DVC Fan cruise (and my 40th!) with stays at AKL and Boardwalk before and after. I'll be coming with two friends from CA who are also celebrating their 40th birthdays this summer.

I can't wait to see the refurbished rooms at Kidani. I really like BLT too even if Derek doesn't. Ha!

Being DVC is there a better way to celebrate your birthday? We did February this year for my son's 23rd birthday. Hopefully, we'll get to meet during the cruise.

I'm a bit envious. I do not have a big family. I wish I did. However, I do hope to get my friends in a 2BDR one day!

I did the Not So Scary last September and really enjoyed it. Loved the parade!

Really excited for refurbed Kidani as well. We have loved BLT since it opened, it's a different vibe but sooooo convenient.

BLT 1 bedroom (our first ever DVC stay!) in June for our anniversary, just my husband and I

BLT 2 bedroom with our Son, Daughter in law, Granddaughter, Daughter, and her BF from 12/26-1/2/27!

How exciting! I enjoy staying at BLT. The refurbished rooms are so nice. It is always convenient to the MK. Happy early anniversary!

August 2026-7 night stay @ AKV/Kidani 2 bedroom savannah view...awaiting Not So Scary dates/tickets.

It is amazing how many of us have Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani on our disney stays this year. I did Not so scary last year and loved it!

August 2026 - Split stay between Boardwalk and Yacht Club! Going with my wife and 4 year old for her birthday, meeting up with some cousins. We’re hoping to become DVC members sometime after this trip!

We are currently 13 days away from our next trip, which will be 7 nights at BLT.

In November, we will do 3-4 nights at BLT, and then travel down to Ft Lauderdale to sail on the Dream for a 7 night cruise.

Hi! We’ve been thinking between, Poly, Copper Creek and Riviera. We love the look of the Poly Tower. I’m wondering how much inventory they have left to sell.

Very nice! Next year, I'm going to do a 5-night stay then a cruise.

All good choices. I own at Copper Creek and Riviera. I have thought about Poly many times...financially not in the cards right now. I have stayed at both the longhouses and the tower. The tower is more elevated and quieter. I like it better and the main Poly is just a walk away.

May / Jun - London, Dubrovnik, Croatian Isles Cruise, Split, Croatia

Jul - SSR and DVCFan Cruise

That’s awesome! I’m hoping to do a tour and maybe see one of the poly tower rooms. We love the layout of those studio rooms from videos. We rented DVC at copper creek. It felt like home, food was great. Can’t wait to start DVC journey.

We normally go in August but hubby’s letting me go for my birthday! September 1-8 SSR, 8-10 VGF. Can’t decide what I want to do on my birthday though. I was thinking MNSSHP but with it being Labor Day weekend I’m assuming it will be busier on Sunday than if we went to the one on Tuesday the 8th?

WOWZA! I thought I was going to be traveling a lot. I am interested in your trip to Croatia...it's on my list. I love to travel and look forward to meeting you on the DVCFan cruise.

I spent 3 weeks on/off at Disney last September. I did the Not So Scary Party during the week. I am told it is busier on the weekends; however, it usually sells out regardless of the day. It doesn't sell out that quickly in September. Be prepared for rain though.

Nothing like a Disney birthday!

The Wailulu Grill is fantastic! The burger was the best I've had on property. The cast members are splendid and you can't beat the view from there.

Since we will have just been to VDH for 4th of July, I might cancel our August trip. If airfare prices drop, I'll keep the August reservation but otherwise will save the points and $$$ for another time.

I have two trips booked.

Aulani - June 5 to 12.

SSR - December 15 to 23.

I am going to see what is available at the 7th month mark for my December trip.

June - Boardwalk

November - Aulani. Bringing my daughter and her boyfriend for their first trip to Hawaii.

July - OKW for 10 days during the America 250th celebration
