They have tiered incentives…. but not all resorts have incentives. If you called a guide right now and asked them what the price per point difference is between 50 VGF points and 3000 VGF points they would tell you $0pp.

I do not believe that your statement is correct. You can buy 50 Beach Club points or 350 Beach Club points and they all cost the same price. From time to time they will put incentives on certain resorts, but the tierd cost structure that you refrenced is is not a constant at every resort.

IMO, they did a great job on the refurbished rooms. The villas have the best layout. The water pagent at night is a feature and not a bug. The walking distance to MK is amazing. It has a very good point chart.

Its been movong lightning fast. My contract closed and recorded on Monday and the points were loaded by Saturday morning.

You mentioned a number of things you liked about the Disneyland Hotel and then said the TOT “wipes out all of those perks”. It sounds like it’s not as much of a “TOT” thing as it is another option is “free” thing.
