New Email From DVC when selling points
This was interesting as this never happened when selling any of my other contracts. It also does totally freeze this points on thar contract showing 0 points in all years right now.

Favorite bar or lounge at Disney World
Love all the ones people are mentioning. I had to add Territory Lounge, is a nice quite one usually to relax in!! Plus I love the Smore's Oldfashion there.
ROFR Report 04/04/26 - 04/10/26
Sold 2 of our contracts recently and like to see the improvement in times in Jan it took 3 weeks to get through ROFR this last one took 5 days!!
